The Cityscape Group: About Us

The Cityscape Group develops high-end condominiums, lofts and townhomes throughout the southeastern United States. Historically, Cityscape’s business has been focused primarily on the renovation of existing commercial buildings into loft condominiums. While the company still performs selective loft renovations, current and future projects are focused primarily on new condominium and townhouse development.

Cityscape focuses on second-tier, urban markets that currently include Birmingham AL, Chattanooga TN, Knoxville TN, Columbia SC, LaGrange GA, and other markets throughout the southeast. Several of the company’s projects are located adjacent to or near large university and/or medical centers including The University of Alabama – Birmingham (UAB), UAB Hospital, The University of Tennessee, and the University of Tennessee – Chattanooga.

Cityscape’s developments feature high-quality construction with high-end finishes and amenities. Typical units feature private balconies, granite countertops, solid maple cabinets, hardwood floors in main living areas, travertine floors in all bathrooms, stainless steel appliances and more. Even incorporating these upscale finishes, Cityscape’s developments are priced at or near market rates, offering substantial value to our homebuyers.

The company has also developed and maintains strong relationships with public and private organizations in its key markets.
